Jim Rex

President and CEO

Jim Rex photo-Global Health Trax CEOJim brings a unique combination of expertise to the GHT Leadership Team, which includes over 10 years as CFO and over 18 years as President/CEO in various industries. His experiential background has involved working in global markets with companies ranging from start-ups to large public entities. He has an exceptional background in and also a great passion for working with companies in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and cosmeceutical markets. As a recognized financial strategist, Jim focuses on developing a solid business foundation for the company, which includes working with the Leadership Team to move GHT into an improved viable and sustainable market position.

Brian Taus

Senior Vice President of Sales

Brian brings over 25 years of marketing and sales experience to the GHT Team, which includes holding senior level positions in the food, functional beverage and wellness industries. This background also includes a substantial and successful track record in the launching of new consumer products, as well as influencing industry trends by representing and implementing leading edge strategic marketing/sales plans. Furthermore, Brian's global experience in the consumer product industry will be an asset to the GHT Team as he leads the market expansion for the company and drives a sustainable presence in targeted geographic regions.

Rick Wilson

Director of Operations

Rick brings more than 25 years of experience in operations and supply chain management, supporting multi-site operations and a worldwide supplier base. Prior to GHT, he served as director of operations for To Go Brands (TGB) for four years. For more than ten years, Wilson has been focused in the dietary supplement industry. In his five years at Metabolife International, he helped the company transition from multi-level marketing to retail with partners such as Wal-Mart, Target and Costco. In addition to TGB and Metabolife, Wilson has held operations positions at Naturade and Maxell Corporation of America, a consumer electronics division of Hitachi, where he built an 18-year career with management roles in operations, supply chain and plant management.

Shanna Denfeld

Vice President of Business and Product Development

Shanna's 10+ years of progressive experience in the nutraceutical industry adds an extraordinarily refined and applicable business skill set to the GHT Team. Her experiential background includes leading Customer Service Teams for global markets, which has garnered her awards for the outstanding results delivered. Additionally, she has extensive knowledge in manufacturing and product formulation processes, as well as oversight of corporate logistics and compliancy functions. Shanna's selection as VP of Operations will ensure that GHT will generate the industry's best deliverable results for its customers.

Kathleen Prager

Controller

Kathy brings an extensive amount of accounting experience to GHT, which includes having obtained her CPA designation from the State of California. Her background in all facets of business accounting has proven invaluable for ensuring accurate and reliable reporting for the company and its Leadership Team. Her experiential background includes assuming the Controller role in a number of industries such as manufacturing, venture capital and real estate. Kathy's responsibilities for GHT also involve oversight of the risk management and human resource sectors, which again is strengthened by her extensive background in the same.

Mike Foitzik

Director of Marketing and IT

Having the capability of effectively and equally using both his creative and logical skills, Mike delivers significant value for the marketing and technology needs of GHT. Supporting this sound value is the fact that Mike has held senior-level positions in each area for a variety of companies. From a marketing perspective, Mike supports GHT's industry leading sales efforts by providing the creative energy behind electronic and printed materials regarding the company's products and services. He also oversees all of the technological needs of the company, which translates to efficient operations and outstanding customer service.
