Jim Rex

President

Jim joined the Global Health Trax Team as President in August 2009. His experiential background includes having served as a Chief Financial Officer for various companies for over 10 years and as a President/CEO for over 18 years. Furthermore, Jim served for years in key executive positions with different international teams regarding the multi-billion dollar markets in Liposuction, Chemical Peels and Laser Surgery, which included the Founders/worldwide leaders. He oversaw global R & D [product, equipment and procedural], the training of physicians from around the world, and the design and implementation of industry-leading business entities.

Shanna Denfeld

Director of Customer Service

Shanna oversees all of Customer Service, as well as the Receptionist, Credit and Returns, Compliance, and Product Specialists. She has been with GHT for over nine years and was originally hired to fill the receptionist position. Her background includes working in retail stores such as Nordstrom, where she was in the top ten in sales within her first three months. Shanna attributes most of her customer satisfaction principles from her retail experiences. She was born in Wisconsin but has enjoyed most of her life in sunny San Diego. She loves to travel and wants eventually to travel the world. For now, she only has time for trips to Wisconsin to visit family and Las Vegas to entertain her inner "rock star." She also has her hands full accommodating the needs of the ruler of her house—Maximus, the Miniature Pincher.

Kathleen Prager

Controller

Kathleen manages all accounting and finance functions with the assistance of a great team of accountants. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, California. Later she returned to study accounting at San Diego State University in preparation for the CPA state examination. Her accounting career began with a local mid-size public accounting firm where she fulfilled the work requirements for her California license as a certified public accountant. She has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, venture capital, and real estate investment. She thoroughly enjoys her position at GHT as there is always something exciting brewing at the corporate office.

Donna Naveau

Commissions Department Manager

Donna, who has been with GHT for more than five years, oversees all aspects of the Commission Department. She ensures that commissions are paid in accordance with the company commission plan; maintains genealogy trees, membership data and enforces policies and procedures. Her department provides distributor education in relation to the compensation plan and handles the validation process of all IBO memberships.

Donna's varied background has given her the insights necessary to deal with customers and distributors. From the medical field, to retail, to sole proprietor of her own business for eight years, she brings a wealth of knowledge, common sense and wisdom to her department. Her quiet dedication has made her a valuable asset to the company. Donna is a very proud mother and grandmother.

Mike Foitzik

Director of Marketing and IT

Mike has been with the company since February 2003. Mike's unique professional experience includes a variety of senior-level positions in both technology and marketing capacities. Prior to joining Global Health Trax Mike ran his own business for several years focusing on custom web database application development. Mike has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a Marketing Major from National University. In his spare time Mike enjoys cooking.

Sylvia Ford

Manager, Human Resources

Prior to joining GHT in 2007 Sylvia worked in corporate human resource management in a number of different industries. She earned a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelors degree in history from Susquehanna University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). Sylvia was a subject matter expert and co-author of a study guide for the first ever state HR Certification for which she received a Certificate of Appreciation for her outstanding performance and lasting contribution. Sylvia is an avid nonfiction reader and enjoys volunteering and traveling.

Terry Carpenter

Quality Assurance/ Research & Development Manager

Terry has 15 years experience in the chemical, manufacturing and aerospace industries and eight years in the nutritional supplement industry. Since joining GHT five years ago she has initiated and implemented the Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures and formulated new products. Earlier in her career at General Dynamics she was given top secret clearance while working on the cruise missile, NASA space rocket and MD11 aircraft. Married with two daughters and a dog, Terry enjoys hiking, cooking and traveling.

Glen Miller

Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager

Glen has been a member of the GHT family for 4½ years. Prior to joining GHT he worked in various functions in manufacturing including shipping, receiving, production, and scheduling. Currently, he is enrolled in college pursuing a BA in Business Administration.

Glen is kept busy by his fiancé and two step-children, ages 14 and 12. He has coached his step-daughter's softball teams for three years and is thrilled to see her move on to high school so a professional coach can take over those responsibilities. Born and raised in Oceanside, California, he also enjoys playing pool competitively.
