SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 business hours of receipt of order and payment.

PO Box Addresses: all packages shipping to a post office box address are shipped via US Postal Service only, and can only receive ground or express service*.

For Ground Service: please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

For Domestic Express Packages(for non-post office box addresses): we offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Express. Delivery dates exclude weekends and holidays. Express orders received by 12:00pm Pacific time, will be shipped the same business day. Express orders received after 12:00pm Pacific will be shipped the following business day.

Canadian and All Other International Customers: GHT does not collect VAT or other import taxes. If your country levies VAT or other import taxes, it is NOT included in our charges. You are responsible for any import taxes levied by your government, which are typically collected on delivery.

*2 & 3 day service options are not available for PO Box deliveries.
