If you are not completely satisfied with your first time use of a Global Health Trax product, call the GHT Returns Department at 760-542-3000 within 60 days from the original purchase date to arrange for an exchange or full cash refund (Excluding shipping charges). You must call Global Health Trax before returning any product for a Product Return Authorization Number. To expedite the return, the original invoice and/or packaging slip should be included with the returned products sent to the Company. After verifying the return, the Company will issue exchange or full cash refund. Allow thirty (30) days for the exchange or refund to be processed.
