Online shopping is fulfilled and sold directly by Global Health Trax in connection with an IBO. To purchase GHT goods or services, you do not have to become an IBO. If you are interested in becoming an IBO in the United States, please sign up by calling our customer service representative at 1-800-305-5710. You must be at least 18 years of age to become a Global Health Trax IBO.

    • Global Health Trax IBOs may have their own Internet website, which usually tie into www.ghthealth.com as a replicated site. Each IBO has a sole responsibility to ensure that content on their website is accurate and that it fully complies with all rules, policies, and procedures defined by Global Health Trax, including without limitation, all applicable federal and state rules and regulations. GLOBAL HEALTH TRAX DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO INTERNET INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OWNER WEBSITES.

  13. 7.  ONLINE PURCHASES
    • If you are purchasing goods or services online for the first time, We will automatically route your information to the nearest IBO, who will supply you with a Customer I.D. (Identification Number) which will enable Global Health Trax to process and ship your online order. In connection with any future orders, you will be asked to input or give your Global Health Trax I.D. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and Customer I.D.
  15. 8.  PRODUCT GUARANTEE POLICY
    • If you are not completely satisfied with your first time use of a Global Health Trax product, call the GHT Returns Department at 760-542-3000 within 60 days from the original purchase date to arrange for an exchange or full cash refund (Excluding shipping charges). You must call Global Health Trax before returning any product for a Product Return Authorization Number. To expedite the return, the original invoice and/or packaging slip should be included with the returned products sent to the Company. After verifying the return, the Company will issue exchange or full cash refund. Allow thirty (30) days for the exchange or refund to be processed.
  17. 9.  ANTI-SPAM POLICY
    • Global Health Trax strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam). Spam is defined for this purpose as sending ten or more messages similar in content to any persons, entities, newsgroups, forums, email lists, or other groups or lists unless prior authorization has been obtained from the email recipient or unless a business or personal relationship has already been established with the email recipient. Global Health Trax also prohibits using false headers in emails or falsifying, forging or altering the origin of any email in connection with Global Health Trax, and/or its products and services. Global Health Trax prohibits engaging in any of the foregoing activities by using the service of another provider, re-mailer service, or otherwise.

    • You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Global Health Trax, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this Site, your violation of the Terms of Use, or your violation of any third party rights.

You agree that any such dispute shall be venued solely in the United States District Court of San Diego County. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency agreement exist between you and Global Health Trax as a result of this agreement or your use of the Global Health Trax website. If any provision(s) of the Terms of Use Agreement is found to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Global Health Trax's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Global Health Trax in writing.
