Advancing In Rank

The more you help your downline increase their sales and expand their sales organizations, the faster you will achieve higher rank and higher compensation plan payouts. An IBO is eligible to advance to any rank up to Double Diamond, providing they meet the requirements below.

Shared Bonuses


Enroller Club Shared Bonus

The Enroller Club is a special recognition for those with the vision to grow their Global Health Trax business quickly and enroll at least six new Independent Business Owners (IBO's) in any one calendar month period. The Company sets aside one percent of the total Training Bonus CV & Fast Start CV for the month (this does not include Company CV). Each month this Bonus will be shared based on earned equal shares. To be eligible, the IBO must be classified as "Commission Active"

  • 6-8 new Active Personally Enrolled IBO's during the month earns one equal share
  • 9-14 new Active Personally Enrolled IBO's during the month earns two equal shares
  • 15-23 new Active Personally Enrolled IBO's during the month earns three equal shares
  • 24 or more new Active Personally Enrolled IBO's during the month earns five equal shares

Advanced Ranks Shared Bonus

The Advanced Ranks Shared Bonus consists of 4% of all the monthly CV of the Company (This does not include Fast Start CV or Training Bonus CV). All Commission Active Advanced Ranks of Sapphire and above, with three separate qualifying legs in their downlines, are eligible. 1% is set aside for each Advanced Rank (Sapphire, Emerald, Diamond and Double Diamond). Each month this Bonus will be shared based on earned equal shares by all that are "qualified".


Monthly & Annual Double Diamond Shared Bonus

This Shared Bonus consists of 2% of all the monthly CV, Fast Start CV and Training Bonus CV of the Company. Each month this Bonus will be shared based on earned equal shares by all "qualified Double Diamonds". (1% for the Monthly Shared Bonus and 1% for the Annual Shared Bonus).


Producers Bonus

As an added incentive for new business development and production in the year 2008, GHT offers an exceptional opportunity to earn additional income for all IBOs through the New Producer Program which is based upon IBOs sponsoring new IBOs in the year 2008 and then helping them to develop a new downline group of IBOs who generate Producer Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) sales in 2008.

This program offers business builders the opportunity to earn additional income - in ADDITION to all other EXISTING GHT commissions & bonuses.

Qualify with new IBO* sales in 2008 and get paid additional income on all active IBO legs and members in your entire GHT organization!

  • Qualifications are based upon an IBO's Personal Volume (PV) and the Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) generated by their new personally sponsored (first level) IBOs and their new IBOs (all new IBOs must have an enrollment date of 1/01/08 or later).
  • Qualified Producer Bonuses are paid on a Producer's Downline Group Volume (DGV) consisting of all the EXISTING downline CV down to the next occurring qualified Producer Group in each active leg of their GHT organization.

Important Rules

  1. For IBOs with grandfathered "multiple positions", only the earliest enrollment date IBO position in the GHT genealogy qualifies for this program.
  2. The qualifications and maintenance requirements are based upon the sales generated by new IBOs with enrollment dates COMMENCING 1/1/08 or later.
  3. All Qualified Producer Bonuses are paid on an IBO's total downline CV to the next occurring Qualified Producer Group.

* New IBOs must be bonafide by having a valid tax I.D. number not already in the GHT data base, which must be verified by GHT per the I.R.S. No other person can pay for or transfer volume to any other IBO in their downline for qualification purposes.

Preferred Customers (PCs) will not count towards any Producer Qualifications. A PC's volume will count for calculations of commissions.


Definitions

Commissionable Volume (CV) - The amount used to calculate qualifications and all commissions/bonuses.

There are four (4) different types of CV used to describe the different Producer Qualifications and Bonuses. Two (2) types (PV & QGV) are used for determining qualification requirements and two (2) types (DGV & PGV) are used to determine and calculate Producer bonuses.

  1. Personal Volume (PV) - is the monthly CV amount that an IBO generates through personal orders and retail sales. It is used as a requirement toward achieving the Producer title qualification.
  2. Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) (See chart on page 4) - is used for qualifying purposes only and is generated by any IBO's legs whose GHT enrollment date is 01/01/08 or later. It is used to help calculate and determine the monthly Qualifying and/or the Qualified Producer status.
  3. Downline Group Volume (DGV) - Downline Group Volume (DGV) includes the total downline CV (including any QGV) generated by the Producer's downline IBOs, and PCs in all the active legs down to (but not including) the next occurring Qualified Producer Group in each personally sponsored active leg. It is used to calculate Downline Group Volume Bonuses.
  4. Producer Group Volume (PGV) - Refers to the group volume of breakaway Producer Groups and includes their Personal Volume (PV) combined with their Downline Group Volume (DGV). It is used to calculate Downline Group Volume Bonuses.
    • Formula: PV + DGV = PGV
    • Producer Group Volume (PGV) is not included in any Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) calculations.

Earliest Enrollment Date Position - This is initial IBO position and IBO number that an IBO used to enroll into GHT.

Producer Generation(s) - Refers to downline Qualified Producer Groups in each leg of sponsorship where the first occurring downline Qualified Producer Group is a Generation One Producer Group and the next occurring downline Qualified Producer Group under a Generation One Producer Group is a Generation Two Producer Group, and etc.
