Producer Qualifications

1. 1. Develop a minimum of 5 new personally sponsored IBOs each with a minimum of 100 Personal Volume (PV) each month.
2. Develop 5000 Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) in one calendar month.
   1. Develop a minimum of two (2) personally sponsored IBO legs with a minimum 1000 QGV in each leg.
   2. Not more than 2500 QGV in any leg of sponsorship towards achieving the Qualifying Group Volume (QGV)

Promotion Rule

IBOs must qualify as a Producer one month to be eligible to earn the Producer Bonus the following month provided the Qualified Producer maintenance requirements are achieved. For example: If Qualifying Producer requirements are achieved in January, 2008, the Qualified Producer title and commission eligibility commences February 1, 2008.

Monthly Qualified Producer Maintenance Requirements

• Maintain a minimum of 100 PV
• Maintain 5 personally sponsored IBOs with a minimum 100 PV each (enrolled 1/1/2008 or later)
• Maintain a minimum of 5000 Qualifying Group Volume (QGV)
  Or — when:
  1. A qualifying Producer Group promotes out of any personally sponsored IBO leg in a particular month: if so - then the next month is considered a Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) re-building month and the Qualified Producer QGV requirement is reduced to 3000 QGV for that month.
  2. Two (2) or more qualifying Producer Groups promote out of any personally sponsored IBO legs in a particular month: if so - then the next month is considered a Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) re-building month and the Qualified Producer QGV requirement is reduced to 1000 QGV for that month.

Qualifying Group Volume
with all new IBO legs commencing 1/01/08

Benefits - Qualified Producers earn:

1. Downline Group Volume Bonus - 2% on their Downline Group Volume (DGV)
2. Producer Group Volume Bonus - 3% paid on the first occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg.

3 Star Producer

Qualifications:

1. Maintain a minimum of 100 personal PV monthly
2. Develop a minimum of 7 personally sponsored IBOs who each generate a minimum of 100 PV monthly
3. Develop a minimum of 3 personally sponsored legs with a Qualified Producer Group in each leg

Monthly Qualified Producer Maintenance Requirements

• Same as a Qualified Producer- PLUS
• Maintain a minimum of 2 personally sponsored legs with a Qualified Producer Group in each leg

Benefits - Qualified 3 Star Producers earn:

1. Downline Group Volume (DGV) Bonus - 3% on their Downline Group Volume (DGV)
2. Producer Group Volume (PGV) Bonus
   1. 4% paid on the first occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg
   2. 3% paid on the second occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg

5 Star Producer

Qualifications:

1. Generate a minimum of 100 PV monthly
2. Develop a minimum of 10 personally sponsored IBOs who each generate a minimum of 100 PV monthly
3. Develop a minimum of 5 personally sponsored legs with a Qualified Producer Group in each leg

Monthly Qualified Producer Maintenance Requirements

• Same as a Qualified Producer- PLUS
• Maintain a minimum of 4 personally sponsored legs with a Qualified Producer Group in each leg

Benefits - Qualified 5 Star Producers earn:

1. Downline Group Volume Bonus - 3% on the Downline Group Volume
2. Producer Group Volume Bonus
   1. 5% paid on the first occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg
   2. 4% paid on the second occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg
   3. 4% paid on the third occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg

7 Star Producer

Qualifications:

1. Generate a minimum of 100 PV monthly
2. Develop a minimum of 15 personally sponsored IBOs who each generate a minimum of 100 PV monthly
3. Develop a minimum of 7 personally sponsored legs with a Qualified Producer Group in each leg

Monthly Qualified Producer Maintenance Requirements

• Same as a Qualified Producer- PLUS
• Maintain a minimum of 6 personally sponsored legs with a Qualified Producer Group in each leg

Benefits - Qualified 7 Star Producers earn:

1. Downline Group Volume Bonus - 3% on the Downline Group Volume
2. Producer Group Volume Bonus
   1. 5% paid on the first occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg
   2. 5% paid on the second occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg
   3. 5% paid on the third occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) (Producer Generation) in each leg
   4. 1% to 2% Infinity Producer Bonus paid on the fourth occurring downline Qualified Producer Group Volume (PGV) in each leg with 2% paid on Producer Groups or 3 Star Producer Groups and 1% on any 5 Star Producer Groups — down to the first occurring 7 Star Qualified Producer Group in each leg

A Hypothetical Example
of how an IBO could become a Qualifying Producer

Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) is used for qualifying purposes only and generated by any IBO legs whose GHT enrollment date is 01/01/08 or later . The qualifications are based upon personally sponsoring and developing new IBOs in the year of 2008, generating Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) through these new IBOs and then achieving the requirements to become a Qualifying and/or Qualified Producer.

STEP ONE: COMMENCING in the year 2008, generate a minimum of 100 PV monthly.

STEP TWO: personally sponsor 5 or more first level IBOs, who each generate a minimum of 100 PV each in the same calendar month. Goal is: 5 IBOs X 100 PV each = 500 QGV (see QGV below)

QGV = the sum of all the downline PV of personally sponsored IBO legs down to but not including the next occurring Qualified Producer in each leg whose GHT enrollment date is 01/01/08 or later.

STEP THREE: help your 5 or more personally sponsored IBOs to duplicate your actions by helping them to sponsor and train their personally sponsored IBOs (into your second level of IBOs) who each optionally order a GHT Starter Pack (hypothetical example might be a pack with 100 PV) and generate 100 PV or more monthly. Goal of: 15 IBOs x 100 PV each = 1500 QGV on your second level).

STEP FOUR: help your second level IBOs to sponsor and train their IBOs (into your third level). Goal is: 30 IBOs x 100 PV = 3000 QGV (3rd. level).

STEP FIVE: if you can achieve the goals in steps one (1) through four (4) you could generate 5000 QGV and 100 PV within 3 levels and start qualifying as a Producer or keep working with your downline IBOs so that you can generate 5000 QGV in one calendar month going as many levels as necessary to achieve the 5000 Qualifying Group Volume goal. Note: An IBO's Qualifying Group Volume (QGV) does not include their Personal Volume (100 PV).

STEP SIX: once you have generated 100 PV personally, and have five personally sponsored IBOs with a minimum of 100 PV each and a total of 5000 QGV in a calendar month (with a minimum of two (2) legs with 1000 QGV and no more than 2000 QGV coming from any one leg of sponsorship - you will have achieved the requirements to become a Qualifying Producer and will become promoted to the Qualified Producer title on the first day of the next consecutive month and become eligible to earn Producer Bonuses such as: 1) Downline Group Volume (DGV) –Bonuses & 2) Producer Group Volume (PGV) Bonuses.
